We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
